A VISITOR CENTRE FOR WYNN PALACE MACAU

VISITOR CENTRE DESIGN, VISITOR CENTRE CONTENT CREATION, DIGITAL PROJECT IMAGES LIBRARY

During the construction of the US$4.2 billion Wynn Palace in Macau, a Visitor Centre was installed at the hotel site in anticipation of the 2016 grand opening.

The centre provided a safe and comfortable environment for visitors to experience and engage with the vision and progress for the largest Wynn resort on the 21 hectare construction site.

Design for the interiors was guided by a requirement for a calm ambient space away from the nearby construction activity, display areas were divided into zones to lead visitors around the exhibits. The venue could also be transformed with ease into a lecture theatre for presentations and team training.

Mixed media content was specifically created for the Visitor Centre and continuously updated as the building advanced. Media included time-lapse cameras to capture the complex structure rising from foundation to completion over 36 months, behind the scenes videos, virtual tour and project images library.
